My missive from earlier this month notwithstanding, I am not aware of many cases of droids falling in love. Even if we were so prone, it is even more unlikely that we could or would marry.
Still, I am rather charmed by this sculpture, which could be considered either sculpture or, even better, decorative topper for a wedding cake. Perhaps it would be most suitable for a human and his or her beloved, if they were both quite fond of droids.
I know humans can be very fond of droids, and for a good many reasons. After all, we perform a great many tasks that you either can not, or prefer not to, do.
If you are one of the individuals who have a particular affection for droids, you may appreciate this shirt. It features fifty different models of droid, some more familiar than others.
Once again, I’ve happened across some intriguing examples of artwork inspired by droids. I am quite fond of Tek here, but there are a few others by the same artist.
They are made of polymer clay and jewelry findings, and seem to be quite detailed. Granted, they most likely aren’t familiar with many forms of baked goods, but they may have a place in your bunker.
I am unsure how, but somehow I had suffered a malfunction, leading to my last missive. Thankfully, it has been corrected and my previous views on all Rebel astromechs have been restored.
I am rather upset at this malfunction, as my model rarely has issues of the sort, and I have not suffered one before. Perhaps it was some strangeness with the date, as humans in this political area seem to have an obsession with the first day of this month. It may bear further investigation, to prevent it in the future.
I know I have been most vocal in my disapproval of a certain Rebel astromech. But today I realize that I may be wrong about R2–D2.
After all, how can any female model droid resist a unit so skilled in so many things, but also with a certain amount of sensitivity?
Granted, he has been misled by the Rebellion, but I’m sure that logic and proper maintenance will work wonders. And if I am not mistaken, human women have much to say on the qualities of a rogue.
Perhaps I am in need of some maintenance myself, but I find myself quite intrigued. I shall have to explore this matter further.
