For some time now, droids have been aiding humans and other creatures in a variety of fashions.  From translation tasks to home maintenance, medical duties, and heavy lifting, there is a wide array of functions we provide.  Until now, however, I have not seen an example of a droid whose sole purpose is to provide illumination.

Thankfully, that oversight has been resolved with this lamp from Urban Outfitters.  Made of painted ceramic, it retails for $30.
