While the geopolitical region where Master Thirteen and I are located is dominated by two large political factions, that number is not officially mandated.  In fact, there are a number of smaller factions existing that simply fail to rival the major pair.

It would seem that there are some who believe that it is time for another large power to join in the process.  With the AT-AT as a symbol, instead of a donkey or an elephant, I do hope that the Empire can count on your vote.  You can show your support with this shirt, if you are so inclined.
