After the rather unfortunate cakes from the other day, the Sunday Sweets feature on Cake Wrecks has some very impressive cakes with familiar themes, such as this AT-AT cake, surrounded by Ewok cupcakes.  Even more impressive is the fact that the cake is almost entirely fondant-free, which is both a technical challenge, and a less popular, but often better-tasting choice in pastry.

There are several other cakes of note to be seen, as well as some of the Empire’s finest.  It is most certainly worthwhile viewing.
